撤销服务不符
登记事件 610111，撤销本主体登记的服务不符。
DELETE
/openapi/v2/empresas/{empresaId}/cte/{chaveAcesso}/desacordo/{protocoloEvento}需要 token、timestamp、sign 三个签名头，参见认证与签名。
无请求体；签名取空串。只能撤销本主体登记的 610110 事件；protocoloEvento 为该事件的协议号（10017045）。
